Craig has a unique blend of business, entrepreneurial, academic and coaching success. For the past 24 years, he served as the COO and minority owner of Basketball Travelers and BTI Events, elite sports event management and media companies.

He has been the Head or Deputy Head of the USA Delegation for the Summer and Winter World University Games since 2007. Previously, Craig served as Vice President for Business Development for the broadcast media technology firm, Sportvision, best known for inventing the virtual yellow line in NFL broadcasts. Prior to Sportvision, Craig served as Executive Vice President of Coach’s Edge and helped initiate the $100M+ merger with Sportvision.  He has coached sport (basketball, golf, and volleyball) at both the collegiate and high school levels. He has traveled extensively, doing business in over 40 countries. His Ph.D. is in Conflict Management and he has taught undergraduate and MBA level leadership, marketing and management courses. He is married with two sons and currently lives in Colorado.

Meg joined Companies of Peace in January of 2018, developing the role of Chief Relationship Officer as the company takes shape. Meg brings a diverse background to the CoPeace™ leadership team, centered around serving people, solving problems, and achieving goals. For the past five years, Meg has worked with Basketball Travelers, Inc., directly overseeing international events and successful grant applications. 

Previously, Meg practiced physical therapy for over 20 years, specializing in spinal cord injury and geriatric care. She also founded Daisy Power, LLC, which provided workshops for moms and their young daughters, promoting self-esteem and positive body image. Meg has an accomplished record in the several school board elections as a strong advocate of students. Meg currently lives in Colorado with her husband, their two teenagers, and two golden retrievers.

Ed Tepper is an accomplished, results-oriented and hands-on operations and financial management executive. Ed has over 30 years of leadership experience developing, motivating, and leading top performing teams. 

Ed is a technology enthusiast and early adopter who thrives in high-growth environments across multiple industries. Ed has devoted most of his career to growing entrepreneurial and middle-market businesses, and he was instrumental in the restructuring and restoration of profitability of two domestic and global manufacturing and distribution businesses.

He co-founded an advanced digital media services company serving an elite clientele, including HBO, Showtime, A&E, and academy-award-winning filmmakers. Ed was co-founder and CFO of an Emmy-winning team recognized for bringing revolutionary enhancements to live sports broadcasts, including American football’s yellow first-down line and baseball’s pitch zone.  

Previously, he was COO of Sterling Ventures, an investment arm of a prominent New York real estate firm that also owns the New York Mets baseball team. Early in his career, Ed was an economist for Merrill Lynch and The Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He earned his M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds a B.A. in economics from Washington University in St. Louis where he was a 3-year letterman on the men’s tennis team.

Ed has served as a judge for the Penn-Wharton Startup Challenge since 2004. He also sits on the Board of Directors of The Tepper Family Foundation and the Chester-Mendham Little League. Ed is a proud father of three, youth baseball and soccer coach, and resides in the New York metro area.

Hanan is an experienced finance professional equipped with in‐depth knowledge of the global capital markets. Proactive, innovative and competitive, consistently initiating new ideas, improvements and original thought. 

Hanan is Co-Founder and CFO of Advanced Sustainability Technologies (A.S.T.), a new generation waste management facility that is environmentally friendly, safe and financially viable. He also works as Director of Capital Markets for Bank of the West. Hanan received his Bachelor’s of Economics from Yale University and his MBA from the University of North Carolina. Hanan was on the Israeli National Swimming Team as well as the Yale University Varsity Swimming Team.

A graduate of UC Berkeley, Julian enjoys spending time outdoors and playing/watching all and any sport. Julian is passionate about bringing his experience with and knowledge of the media and tech ecosystems to CoPeace and find new pockets for impact.

Originator of the concepts of Blended Value and Total Portfolio Management, Jed Emerson has extensive experience leading, staffing and advising funds, firms, social ventures and foundations pursuing financial performance with social and environmental impact. In addition to his writing, Jed advises investment firms on the implications of an impact investing framework for their practice. He is an internationally recognized thought leader in impact investing, social entrepreneurship and strategic philanthropy and author of Purpose of Capital.

Sarah K. England, Ph.D. is the Alan A. and Edith L. Wolff Professor of Medicine and Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University. Dr. England has authored many research and review articles and has reviewed for multiple journals and serves on review committees for multiple funding agencies including the NIH, March of Dimes, American Heart Association, and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. She was a 2005-06 Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Fellow and worked in the office of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Meryl Selig

Prior to moving to Woodside, California sixteen years ago, Meryl enjoyed an international and Chicago-based career in advertising and marketing communications. Since arriving here, she has redirected her energies towards voluntary service in our community; most
significantly at the Palo Alto VA Hospice (since 2006) and in guest
services at the Stanford Cancer Center (since 2008). Meryl also
serves on the Cancer Council, the development board for the Stanford Cancer Institute; the Patient Family Advisory Council at Stanford Cancer Center, focusing on improving patient experience during and
after treatment.

Meryl has led home-build teams to Vietnam for Habitat for
Humanity (Greater San Francisco) and supports LifeMoves (local
shelter network); Planned Parenthood Mar Monte and other community welfare organizations. This fall, she is beginning studies with Columbia University’s Master of Science in Bioethics.
Meryl earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the
University of Pennsylvania, as well as a master’s in International
Management at the Thunderbird School in Arizona. She has always
been interested in people, how they organize communities,
communicate, and what they value.
Meryl and Rob Selig are active philanthropists, with ongoing commitments at Colorado College, Stanford University, and numerous non-profits dedicated to reducing inequities in health care, education, housing and personal well-being.
Life here is full of gifts and opportunities. My goal is to help
others partake of this abundance.

As an executive director of the Institute for Sport and Social Justice Delise is responsible for strategic planning, leadership, operational planning, and manages all activities of NCAS. NCAS programs address issues of diversity and inclusion, gender violence, critical decision-making skills for student-athletes, and leadership styles for coaches and administrators. Delise is also the executive director and secretary general for the United States International University Sport Federation.

Robert is committed to supporting a business model built on trust, ethics, integrity, and the development of people.  Robert is a graduate of North Carolina State University and has done extensive post-graduate studies related to value creation in the marketplace.  In addition, he has completed Gallup University’s Strengths-Based Training, which focuses on leveraging your natural strengths in business and life.  Robert has a passion for helping small businesses grow and understands, first-hand, the challenges, risks and rewards associated with small business ownership.

As founder and co-founder of numerous business ventures, primarily in high-tech markets, Edmund currently serves as a board member for both Alumni Fidelity and Affinity Lab. In addition, he is a member of the investment advisory board for the GAP Technology Fund.

Edmund is also an adjunct professor of innovation and entrepreneurship at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. As director of MTech VentureAccelerator at the University of Maryland, he helps develop companies founded by students, staff, and faculty through rigorous customer development and business model validation.

An employment lawyer for 20 years, Graeme began his career with the prestigious law firm, Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe. He then embarked upon an employment law practice, which was the first of its kind in the state of California. Graeme conducted his own jury trials before moving in-house with the firm. He is currently an employment lawyer and head of Employee Relations at Hyundai Capital where he oversees all investigations, complaints, discipline and terminations.

Sarah graduated from Carleton College with a degree in Political Science and worked for a Japanese American joint venture company in the automotive industry and in Japan as a community liaison in prefectural government before committing to living in Kentucky with her husband.

She is the co-owner of Ellis Walker Gallery, an art gallery that focuses on building relationships between artists with ties to south central Kentucky and Western Kentucky University, as well as providing more opportunities for engagement and dialogue between students, artists, and the community at large.

Sarah currently works as an End of Life Doula in South Central Kentucky and the Nashville area—helping clients navigate the end stages of life, creating partnerships with hospitals and hospice agencies to address non medical aspects of palliative care, and leading community discussions around designing a more peaceful end of life journey. Sarah is passionate about building more inclusive communities on all levels.

Leigh is the executive producer and host of That Bracket Show through SBNation. He is also principal of Klein Sports and Education Consulting, working with leaders in sports tech and sports marketing. In addition, Leigh is an adjunct professor of financial and economic analysis of sport at Mount Saint Mary College.

He is the former CEO of Five-Star Basketball, the premier basketball camp for young athletes that notably produced more Division-I and NBA players than any camp in history.
